About Me

Although the GLUTRECK website was established in 2019,  I’ve been providing professional leadership and staff development services to clients in central Iowa since 2011. I have designed, developed, and facilitated interactive leadership and staff development presentations for non-profits, the Department of  Defense, the State of Iowa, and Iowa State University as my full-time jobs in the past. After nearly a decade of experiencing the fulfillment that presenting brings me, I realized that facilitating development workshops and training is a true passion of mine. My friends and clients frequently ask why I don't just open up my own business. Well, after several years of back and forth with myself I have decided to take the steps to formalize my own small business.

My methods are simple: have fun, learn a few things, and make commitments to establish a new way of thinking about our interactions with the people in our everyday lives, all in a relaxed and entertaining way. One of my core values is being true to yourself and leaning on your intrinsic emotional intelligence and strenghts to help your team thrive. So, I want to be sure my clients leave our time together feeling empowered to improve their team dynamics. When I facilitate workshops they are participant led, engaging, require you to think critically, and will have you laughing all at the same time!

My promise to you is your time will be well spent focusing on the needs you identify, and you will be able to apply them immediately on the job. We will spend time before the presentation customizing a workshop to fit your unique needs to ensure the content makes sense for what you need to achieve. Your team will be challenged to think differently and go just a little deeper than they may have in the past, and that's a good thing!
